we are a space for bold thinking, careful listening, and meaningful transformation. we walk alongside individuals, collectives, organizations, and communities as they imagine and build their routes to thriving futures, address conflicts and differences, and co-create pathways to new ways of being and doing.
civitatem is the latin word for “of community.” we are dedicated to supporting transformation at the individual, collective, community, and organisational levels. we work at the intersections of a decolonial, intersectional feminism, community-building, and digital technology. we work as facilitators to support organizations and collectives address challenges they’re facing, as mediators to enable conflict transformation between individuals, groups, and collectives, as trainers to create learning spaces on a range of areas, and as advisors to support the development, deployment, and use of responsible and ethical technologies.
