civitatem is the latin word for “of community.” we believe in the power of people coming together — to listen, to learn, and to lead change. we address the growing isolation and conflict in our communities by helping people come together, transform their differences, and build thriving connections. we support individuals, organizations, and communities through conflict transformation, facilitated growth experiences, and the development of digital and offline infrastructures that foster genuine community building.
