what do we facilitate?

how does it work?

step 1: scoping

we will engage in 1:1 conversations and/or a general survey to understand what your group is hoping to achieve, where it seeks to move to through the process, and name what it finds challenging in or about the process.

step 2: development and delivery

following the scoping conversation, we develop and deliver a program involving conversations, reflection, activities, and co-creation to explore positionalities and power dynamics, and build bridges that help achieve the intended goals.

step 3: report and impact assessment

we prepare a comprehensive report that names outcomes and offers tools and resources for the collective to rely on from time to time. we also do a debrief survey to explore and understand the impact of the process.
