our offering

facilitation is a process where a neutral third party supports a group to work better together, understand their common objectives, and plan pathways to achieve them.

facilitation builds authentic relationships, strengthen team development, and cultivate inclusive leadership. it is ideal for any group that wants to engage in meaningful dialogue, explore personal and collective resistance, identify and interrogate power dynamics, and co-create pathways to bring collective visions into reality.

what do we facilitate?

  • our practice exploring power dynamics within a variety of groups help them understand how power is held, performed, felt, and used, and works with them to find pathways to own, explore, and shift attitudes toward and understandings of power, and to work toward redistributing and practicing power in ways that liberate rather than restrict group members.

  • we support organisations and collectives in embedding care practices and building cohesive frameworks and approaches toward collective work, accountability, and healing.

  • we equip organisations and collectives with knowledge, resources, and tools to embed conflict competence. our approaches are informed by intersectional feminist, decolonial, and inclusive principles.

  • our peace education practice promotes conflict transformation, empathy, and global citizenship. through our curriculums, workshops, and community engagement work, we equip individuals with the skills and understanding necessary to navigate conflicts peacefully and promote social harmony. by fostering dialogue, critical thinking, and respect for diverse perspectives, we cultivate a culture of peace, empowering individuals to contribute positively to their communities and the world.

  • our organizational constellations practice uses systemic thinking and group dynamics to explore and address organizational challenges. through facilitated workshops, we uncover hidden dynamics, clarify roles, and reveal solutions for complex issues within teams. by mapping relationships and uncovering underlying patterns, we enhance organizational effectiveness, create harmonious work environments, and foster growth and resilience.

how does it work?

step 1: scoping

we will engage in 1:1 conversations and/or a general survey to understand what your group is hoping to achieve, where it seeks to move to through the process, and name what it finds challenging in or about the process.

step 2: development and delivery

following the scoping conversation, we develop and deliver a program involving conversations, reflection, activities, and co-creation to explore positionalities and power dynamics, and build bridges that help achieve the intended goals.

step 3: report and impact assessment

we prepare a comprehensive report that names outcomes and offers tools and resources for the collective to rely on from time to time. we also do a debrief survey to explore and understand the impact of the process.
